Career Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for our Budapest office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Processing purchases invoices into a variety of systems
- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payment runs
- Monitoring client accounts payable mailboxes daily
- Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts
- Any ad-hoc items require by the team
- Work closely with BU’s and other departments of finance team
Your skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of accounts payable
- Bookkeeping skills
- Relevant experience in Microsoft Office, high level experience and knowledge of Excel
- Experience of accounting systems, preferably MS Business Central
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
