Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for our Budapest office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work. 


Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Processing purchases invoices into a variety of systems
  • Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payment runs
  • Monitoring client accounts payable mailboxes daily
  • Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts
  • Any ad-hoc items require by the team
  • Work closely with BU’s and other departments of finance team


Your skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of accounts payable
  • Bookkeeping skills      
  • Relevant experience in Microsoft Office, high level experience and knowledge of Excel 
  • Experience of accounting systems, preferably MS Business Central
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
